Primarius Unveils Custom Design Environment, Circuit Simulation and Design Enablement Solutions at DAC

SAN JOSE, CALIF. –– June 27, 2022 –– Primarius Technologies will unveil its flexible and scalable design environment for custom memory and analog/mixed-signal IC design and new circuit simulation and design enablement solutions during the Design Automation Conference (DAC) next month.
Demonstrations will feature Primarius’full custom design platform NanoDesigner™, innovative spec-driven modeling automation platform SDEP™, PDK parameterized cell library development platform PCellLab™, a standard cell library characterization solution NanoCell™, and the first commercial AC dynamic noise measurement system 9812AC .
Other demonstrations will highlight other existing products such as all-in-one semiconductor parameter analyzer FS-Pro™, SPICE model and PDK & standard cell library verification portfolio solutions including ME-Pro™, PQLab™and LibWiz™.
